We will monitor the applicants and provide feedback throughout the listing to insure you are not getting overcharged by indeed & applicant are local to your area.

Gap Year is designed to provide a mechanically inclined non-college bound individual an opportunity to see careers in Agriculture, Industrial Arts, Transportation, & Production.

We pair individuals with 4 companies within those 4 industries that are willing to provide a 12 week paid internship.

Internships must meet the Birddog’s Qualifications and potentially lead to full time employment.

Companies have to opportunity to hire an individual during after the internship, or they can provide an offer at the end of the individuals Real Career Experiences.
